    Hi Everyone,

    I have to constantly log in to this community website and it seems as if my password has to be reset 5 out of 6 times. This is the reason for my lack of involvement for the past 2 months, I just do not have the time to keep resetting my password (just had to do it again). I made a word document and past my password on the website from the document so that I could be sure that I am using the correct password and that it was not an "operator error". 

    Anyone else is experiencing this issue? I am using the Chrome browser.  

    I also have the "keep me login" checkbox, checked but this does not seem to work either.

    Hey Marcelle,

    This is super unusual! Personally, I sometimes have trouble with my browser thinking I am logging into a different ".imaginelearning.com" website, so it will put in my correct username but wrong password (because I have different passwords across different websites). 

    Is it possible there is something similar going on with you?

    I don't have an issue logging into the community but I do have an issue logging into the Courseware from my phone. Never works.
